Object: Mainline vessel (Vladivostok Roadstead)
The Problem:
The main engine turbocharger failed to reach required RPM, preventing the diesel engine from achieving full power. The vessel was forced to proceed at reduced speed, threatening the voyage schedule. Urgent repairs were required without port entry
The Solution:
The VLPACIFIC service team was rapidly deployed to the vessel at the roadstead. The following works were completed:
In just 3 days, boost parameters were restored to factory specifications. The engine is back to 100% power output. The vessel resumed its voyage without further delays

The Solution:
The VLPACIFIC service team was rapidly deployed to the vessel at the roadstead. The following works were completed:
- Full disassembly and condition assessment of the turbocharger.
- Replacement of the bearing set and seals (O-rings/rubber parts).
- Cleaning of the flow path from carbon buildup and deposits.
- Rotor dynamic balancing — a critical stage for stable high-speed operation.
